    Hey,

    So I got a choose your game xbox one today and the download code didn't work. It's defective and I don't know

    what to do. I've even tried it on the xbox itself and don't work. Also tried the computer didn't work. Help please.

    Any included games will be delivered via a 5x5 redemption code. Some redemption codes include all the content. Have you redeemed the code to see what all it included yet?

    if you did not purchase the digital code from the Xbox dashboard you would need to contact the company listed on your receipt and/or the back of the card

    just as you return a defective game to the retailer, you return a defective code to them

    The code should be emailed to you within 24 hours of redemption. If you don't receive the code, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.
