    i just got back into minecraft with friends on java i bought the game in 2013 and haven't really done much with the game for the stay of college so 2016-2020 and now i find out i can redeem the windows 10 version so long as i bought my game before oct.
    2018 anyways i had to struggle to find my Microsoft account got in tried to redeem but its saying i redeemed it aug 2018 i can promise i did not play minecraft while at college so im at a loss for what to do about this. also Microsoft help tells me if i did
    in fact redeem it it would be in "my library" when i click the link i get a blank page nothing loads.

    If it was used then you wouldn't be able to use the code anyways it's the risk you take when buying used

    Refurbished means they returned it

    There is no guarantee they didn't use the redemption and if used that's it

    You can download your account and goto settings and included with console to see if it was claimed or not in most.instances used consoles already had the codes redeemed

    Then you didnt claim the prize. Sounds like you need to find that original email and call the number listed. It will have your redemption code in it. If support told you that you claimed the prize by replying to their email they misled you. All of those
    prizes had to be claimed over the phone with the MS store
