    Redeming Xbox Live code


    Hey, my Xbox live ran out 2 days ago's, therefore I purchased a 3 month long subscription downloadable code from Amazon, and too my frustration everytime I attempt to proceed with the code I get a message saying, "Try Again Something happened on our end"!
    What do I do now as nothing is working. thanks

    I have literally never found it so *** hard to contact support in my life...

    Entered code into Xbox - "try again later"

    Entered code online - successful

    Try purchasing - unable

    3 days later, still unable

    .. Tried redeeming code again - already used...

    My Xbox ate my money and I want it back.. Where the up *** is all the staff are supposed to help

    I have the same issue the problem seems to be with xbox live itself.. Some of the buying, redeming codes, and purchares have been affected, Xbox live support is aware you can get notifed by them when everything is back to normal

    Hello the easiest way to get around this would to be for you to purchase an Xbox live Gold membership pre paid card from amazon etc and redeme the code on your account, this should work and fix your issue upgrading to gold
