    Redemeing a code problem


    Hy my name is john and i have a problem whit redeming a 3 mounths xbox live membership codde. after entering the code and clicking confirm button it confirms: "Xbox Live Prepaid Rev Generating 3 Month Gold " and when i click again the confirm button it
    apears an error and it says : " something went wrong,plesse try angain....." it goes like this over and over again!! It has been 4 days since i am trying..plesse help me! What am i doing whrong?

    Hey there AntiTodoXXX,

    Which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions     list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. You could be in a country or region that's not officially supported and it could mean that some features may not
    work properly.

    Redemeing a code problem

    Probably something wrong with your Microsoft account go and sign in on login.live.com, or it's a billing account issue. After checking the account on the website try redeeming on this website while you are signed in.

    If you update the proofs on the account or have at least 2 verified ones you should be good.

    I also redeemed them by using 360. They seem to want this MP cards to dissapear as soon as possible, forcing us to buy new cards.
