Redemed code doesnt appear to download nor starts downloading

Hey

I redemed a game through browser and it did work. Although this went went, the Xbox 360 when started doesn't download the game nor does have the option to do so. The only way I have to see anything about the game is going to store, but there only appears
the option to buy the game again instead of downloading. I'd like so help so i can download and play an already redemed game. The game itself is South Park : Stick of Truth but since you dont have an option for that I did the closes game to the one I am having
problems with..

What doesnt do anything:

-Restarting

-Transfering licenses

-Store doesnt llike me download it (have to pay again and Im not going to that obviously)

i bought Revolution 2 days ago and i whent to download it and it was gone not even in my download history and it was corrupt aswell i tryied deleting my account and downloading it again but i still did the same thing

i was given code on my e mail account from rewards and redemed the code and recieved nothing i dont know what i was supposed to get nor recieved anything. i no longer have the e mail with code.

 

The problem is solved. Although the tag for the game is Xbox360 /Xbox One. Its sad to see this kind of thing happening, its basically like a lowkey rip off since I just lost a really cool game due to a silly tag. Not happy at all with this. Not looking forward
to getting more games.

 

You probably redeemed the Xbox one version of this game.

Because of that, you can't download and play it on the 360.

The 360 has its own version.

 

I talked to one of the staff and he said to me that there was not a Xbox 360 version, which I found weird. Like I said the code said it was for both consoles, when I redemed it turned to be Xbox One, I didnt choose nor there was an option/warning saying
about it. I'd like to know if there's a way to change that.

 

Hey juba jukiba! As CrazY1985 said, if the code was one provided for purchasing the Fractured But Whole it is an Xbox One code and can only be played on Xbox One. The Xbox 360 version is backwards compatible and will work on both consoles. Thanks!
