    Redeeming XONE code on ny 360


    I wanted to try and redeem an extra xboxone vanguard armory code on my xbox360. Does anyone know what will happen, i am hoping i unlock the dlc for the 360, but i dont want to waste a good code since i already have vanguard armory unlocked for XONE. Any
    help would be great, thanks!

    i thought the 360 games were platform agnostic. no way of redeeming the code and then DLing it to the 360 after the fact??

    Hello.

    Your Gamerscore always will prevail for xbox 360 or xbox one.

    It doesn't mixes with both consoles.

    So my suggestion is to go through your xbox 360 dlc, and keep the code for a future use.

    If you need more help let me know. This is not my official gamertag but Im always at the forums.

    I don't use to answer, Im a forum reader, and agent at Microsoft XBOX Support.

    Yes I have the exact same problem, I got a 12 month gold card for xmas and I get the same " somthing went wrong " message, with a long error code. Ive tried to redeem it a few times on my xone, I also signed in to xbox.com and tried to redeem it on the website,
    but still get the same error message.
