    Redeeming Xbox Points Issue -


    Hi,

    Today my fiancé redeemed Xbox points for an uber eats or grub hub gift card. We did this a few weeks ago too and it worked fine; we got the code for Uber Eats via email.

    Today, he never got the code to use to order food.

    Any ideas what he should do?

    It can take up to 24 hours to receive codes after you redeem them. If he doesn't get it in that time, he'll need to check his order history on the redemption page. They'll either have a code listed there or the option to resend the code. If not, he'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the link at the bottom of their site.

    If you are trying to redeem the Microsoft Rewards points, try logging completely out of your profile and closing the page, clear the cache in your history and signing back in. Then try to redeem, if that doesnt work you'll have to contact Microsoft Rewards
    Support.
