    Redeeming XBOX Live Points


    I have a gift voucher for XBOX Live 3000 Microsoft Points, but I keep getting an error code when I try to redeem them (82ee70b5-34f5-45cf-892e-f1fed1e58328). This is driving me nuts, as I cannot get onto a live chat to sort it out. It is a UK XBOX and we
    are currently in NZ, but surely Microsoft (of all people) can cope with that? How can I get this solved?

    Or you can enter the code just like you would when redeeming a live card/MSP points card on the actual xbox.

    You can go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/ and select any of the items there. There are entries in various sweepstakes, gift cards (I'm seeing Starbucks, Gamestop, Xbox Live, Xbox currency cards).
