Redeeming Xbox Live Gold

Hi I've got a free 3 month Xbox live gold voucher that cane with my Xbox one and its the 30th of november. I 1was wondering whether I should activate it today or tomorrow because I am not sure whether November (which is one day long) will count as one month
and then only last me December and January or maybe the voucher works as simply 92 days... Maybe.... I'm not really sure and don't want to take any chances because issues like this have happened to me before... Please answer only if you're sure thanks in advance

Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

Here it is from the official Xbox site:

What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?

On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again.

On Xbox 360, any Games with Gold titles that you redeem as an Xbox Live Gold member are yours to keep, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.Click to expand...

It goes for 3 months from the date of use. You can use it now and take advantage of the free Games with Gold games that are available this month as well.

Xbox One games with gold are usable by you when you have an active gold subscription and have redeemed them. If your subscription ends, you will have to buy the game or resubscribe to xbox live gold to use them again. There is no
way to redeem a past xbox live game with gold when it is no longer available for redemption.

Xbox 360 games with gold are different - you own those whether you have xbox live gold or not - on xbox one and xbox 360.

Thanks for your post. I understand you're experiencing an issue with Games with Gold. If you set home Xbox with another profile that has Xbox Live Gold, you will be able to play the same Game with Gold games that the other profile has redeemed. This means
that if the other profile had not redeemed a certain game that you had redeemed when you had Xbox Live Gold, it will not play. For more information on Games with Gold, visit
