    Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

    But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

    12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription

    It will just be added to your current subscription, and stack. So in your case, should you do this, you will have a total of 16 months or so of Xbox Live Gold remaining. As previously stated you can stack up to 3 years of Xbox Live Gold.

    Just make sure that you are redeeming the Xbox Live Gold code on the account you wish it to be added to.

    It could be an issue with the xbox live service. That could be check on that page: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    Also it could be possible, that your gold have stacked the maximum amount that you could stack. This is 2 years.

    If it is the issue with the service try to redeem it when the service is back on full service.

    Yes, they are cumulative. You can stack Xbox Live Gold time for up to 3 years (36 months). You can redeem all three cards and it will extend your Gold membership for 18 months.
