    Redeeming XBOX codes online and not available on the console


    Purchased an xbox one game, downloaded the code on microsoft.com/redeem as it directed me to but now it's not on any of our xbox consoles. I tried redeeming on the console and it says it's was already redeemed. I can't call anyone so I need someone's assistance
    as I have NO IDEA what to do.

    9 times out of 10 2-14day trials will have issues redeeming on console if you have ever had gold before, best thing to do is redeem the code online here 99% of the time the 2-14day trial codes will work redeeming them online rather than on the console then
    power cycle your xbox console and try again.

    Sorry to hear it. That code usually means that the item is not available in your region. Now, I looked at the game and it does seem to be available in South Africa but the code you are using may be meant for a different region.

    Just to be sure though, are you trying to redeem on the Xbox 360 or Xbox One console? If you are trying on the Xbox One console then please try redeeming it on a 360 to see if that helps.

    Code redemption issue

    I made certain that I was logged into my Microsoft account before redeeming the code, but I do not see the game in my Order History. Currently, all other games that I own give me the option to install to my console from the Microsoft Store online, but the one I redeemed this code for has only the "Buy" button available.

    Removing and re-adding my account from my XBox One console did not correct the issue.
