Redeeming X BOX LIVE GOLD problem

Bought a XBOX LIVE GOLD 12 month membership & it won't let me redeem. It goes all the way through but then has a message at the end. Something about purchase?? Can anyone help?

Family Pack X-box live queries?

HI there.

In our houshold there are two X-box users one account has Gold subscription with approximatley 10 months left on the subscription. The other user has no X-box live gold but has the free 'Silver' subscription. What we wish to do is purchase the Family pack
for both accounts redeeming the remainder months on the Gold account . Is this possible and if so please may sombody help us with this action.

Xbox live in iraq

hi guys!
my name is zhyar and i leave in iraq , i'm truely disapointed that X-box live isnt available in iraq yet.

people here in iraq want to join X-box live and become a gold membership , %83 people in iraq using X-box %35 can't use X-box live yet , %20 is creating accounts under U.S and other countrys , whiche it will stop working after a few days.

they or "we" want to know , when does X-box will add iraq to the live list?

this is a serious problem we have here... we want to become a gold member and join multiplyer games online.

There a few different reasons a code won't work, and without a specific error code we can't narrow it down. I recommend trying to redeem on your Xbox 360 console as well as our Code Redemption page.
