redeeming vbucks - never hit kid's fortnite account

Yesterday i redeemed a code for a 3 month xbox live subscription without knowing of this vbuck deal with it. Will i get vbucks on my fortnite account?

I understand you need help with your vbucks redeemed accidentally on the wrong account.

The vbucks card that you redeemed on your account will go directly to Fortnite and even though your account does not have Xbox Live yet, this can be set up still and once an account is already made, it will show that vbucks to your own Fortnite account automatically.

Unfortunately, there is no option to transfer vbucks from one account to another. But I believe there is a way to purchase items in game and send it as a gift to another account. I would suggest doing that instead.

Did you buy a Microsoft gift card or actual Vbuck gift card?

if you purchased a vbuck gift card you need to go to this link https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/vbuckscard you need to login to HER account because it supplies
a code for ONLY a specific account that here vbuck gift card was redeemed on. Please log in to HER account and redeem the code. then you have the option to select which platform. select Xbox and you will be given another code specifically for the Xbox to redeem
on her account.

You keep giving me links to things that don't address the problem. The 3 gift cards were redeemed to an account that doesn't even have Xbox let alone fortnite, and now you are telling me that even though the vbucks were never used, the problem cant be fixed. And Microsoft is unwilling to help out my kid who lost 4800 vbucks by no fault of his own. Terrible customer service.

I can see there are several other people who have had the same issue, so clearly it's not an isolated incident. I would like contact information for someone who can help with this problem.
