    I bought a 1200 rainbow six credit pack from gamestop I didnt know it was for xbox until I redeemed it. when I went to the redeem page it says code redeemed but the credits are not on my account. How do I fix this?

    4 wasted hours! Gold membership dissapeared!

    Call support, read them the token, and have them search where it was redeemed. If you can verify the account it was redeemed on as your's, they will be able to cancel it under reasoning of, "redeemed on wrong account" and provide you with a token for 3
    months. You should be able to redeem that on the proper account at that point.

    Did you try to redeem the token online? You can go at microsoft.com/redeem. You need to login with your account and than you can redeem the token. If also there the token shows invalid,so you can contact the support via phone. There is a click to call
    option at support.xbox.com. On the right site you will see "contact us".

    I'm not sure I follow with your question, how can you redeem it if you did not know it was for xbox. What platform did you redeem them on. If it has indeed said that it was accepted or redeemed on the platform you used try submitting a ticket to UBISOFT. Giving them as much info as you possibly can

    Thank you for that update, in this case, you may need to reach out to Ubisoft because the code is for Xbox and the in-game content will be immediately added if you're on Xbox, they need to validate if it's inside of your account.
