    I have an active GamePass Ultimate sub but am unable to redeem Red Faction. It wants me to buy it. Anyone else have the same issue or know how it can be fixed?

    Definitely planning on giving them a bell tomorrow morning, so far, as I'm sure you've guessed, swapping your xbox location to US works just fine but its far from a satisfactory work around and, imo, a huge bollocksing on the part if Microsoft...

    Até o momento não tive nenhuma assistência ou ajuda por parte da Microsoft, acho muita falta de respeito com o cliente.

    In Australia and was with support for an hour as says to buy. Ultimately they said to buy it and I wouldn't be charged. But I was and apparently will get a refund.

    But the real kicker is that I can't play it anyway as it says you have to put the disc in. I've reported the problems with the game as well on the Microsoft games website.
    I too am in australia and having the same issue its also not showing up in my full library.
