    not sure where to post this but here's my question/problem, i had some avatar item redeem codes that i redeemed on my pc instead of console (thinking they'd carryover) but when i click "edit" avatar, from the site it says "open games app" (im using windows
    8.1) when in the games app there is no option to edit avatar so i cant change my appearance there, and im aware since the items were'nt redeemed on the console, they will not exist there. Is there some way to get the items i redeemed from my pc to my xbox
    360 console or am i ***?? the items were from halo 4 , i really want to "wear" my master chief armor

    Sorted. Try redeeming your xbox one EA access code, restarting your xbox or PC, and then redeeming B1.

    As stated on the vault page, that item can only be redeemed once per user. Since you had already activated this item from a previous FREEdom promotion, it cannot be redeemed again. You can give this code to a friend that has not yet redeemed this item.

    There's no way to transfer items/content redeemed on another account. If you redeemed a currency card on the account, you can buy the item as a gift for your other account.

    Are you referring to the items which can be redeemed? Depending on your region, Xbox Live Rewards may already have transitioned to
    Microsoft Rewards meaning those items cannot be redeemed.

    Hello SLlaughtered,

    To get your item that you redeemed then please follow the steps (You must be on your Xbox Dashboard);

    Settings > Account > Download History

    The item should be at the top if you haven't purchased/redeemed any other items

    Since there are no more of that item in the vault ("Out of Stock") you cannot redeem more of that item.
