    Redeeming Issue


    I received a download (prepaid) Minecraft game. After I received the code online, I was directed to the Xbox Store Website where the code was redeemed. After the code was entered, the window that popped up said I now have the game, but I cannot find the
    game anywhere. I wish I wouldn't have redeemed the game on my PC, because I've found how to enter codes through the console. Any help would be appreciated.

    Issue redeeming code

    Just had a look on commerce.microsoft.com and it is showing a Microsoft Account credit of £15 on 26/03/14, which is correct, so how come I can't use it to make purchases?

    i bought FALLOUT 4 on xbox one and i cant find it on my xbox but i can see it in my Microsoft account profile what do i do

    Hello SneakyFurball,

    Go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right to a section called "Ready to Install". Wait a few minutes to let this section populate with content. You should now see Minecraft. Select it and press A to begin downloading.

    Let us know how you get on.

    I understand that you have redeemed the code and the money does not appear in the game.
    Follow the steps below that may help you resolve this issue:

    1. You have to keep in mind that sometimes they may take a while to appear. I advise you to restart the game and then the console.
    2. I would also like you to verify that the code appears redeemed in your order history, go to this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    Did you purchase the code from a third party seller on the internet ? If that's the case then the code might be from a different region than the one you're in and will not work with your profile. It might be best to contact Xbox Live phone support about
    it so they can check the code for you.
