redeeming in a wrong server?

I got my XBox One - Call of Duty Bundle JP version yesterday, but I chose the HK server and applied the code then.

When I browsed My Game, I found there was no game downloading as I expected. So I realized that I may logged in a wrong server.

I don't know how to get my game back, because I couldn't find anything now, even though I switched to JP server but I didn't work.

So plesae help me fix it, and I want my COD back badly.

Hi chem, check your account and see if the transaction went through. Even though that error message pops it still manages to go through in some cases. If it didn't go through I would call Microsoft phone support so they can look into the problem more thoroughly.

Sorry to hear it. Once a code has been used it cannot be used again. Also, what you have run into is one of the reasons that it is recommended to only have your region set to the same region that you physically live in.

Actually I live in China, I got this bundle from Japan, that's the reason I chose HK server for my first regitration, it seems that phone in Japan will not be helpful.

Is possible for me to have the the email of XBox JP? It's better for me to write instead of call.
