Redeeming Gold Trials

Hi

I redeemed a 2Day XBox Live Gold Trial for Rainbow Six Siege, but it disappeared as soon as I completed the redeem procedure ....... and if I try to redeem it again, I get the error message:

SVC60004

Any suggestion what to do ?

Xbox Live Code - Trial

I have a 14 Day Trial up for grabs if anyone wants it, same rules as DR K as above.
1 Thing I should mention though is I tried to redeem it when my Live had ran out and would not redeem due to me already having a Gold previously so I believe the 14 day trials that come with the x1 are for Gamertags that have never had Gold.

Will I loose my free trial if I buy Gold?

Redeeming a Gold card will overwrite an existing trial membership thus removing it.

if you completed the transaction have you tried to play the game it came with? In non ranked modes

Also should be noted your status doesn't change to gold they only give you temporary multiplayer access and mostly to the game you purchased it with

No Games or deals with gold and no gold only Games like destiny

I don't know if anyone else already posted the solution to this, but a friend had the same issue with the same error. The problem was, he was trying to redeem a code over a trial gold. Live Gold and Gold Trial, doesn't mix up, that's why the solution is
to let the gold subsciption end and then redeem the code. So if you have a Live Gold and try to redeem a Trial code (like the one included with the xbox) or the other way around, it won't work.

Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

Best to wait for your trial to be over and then redeem your 12 months gold. Usually gold subscriptions stack up, but not the 14 days trial.

The trials only work on silver accounts. They only work as a trial and as you already have gold it will not redeem

Here at our How to get an Xbox Live Gold trial subscription it is explained that:

The following limitations and restrictions apply to Xbox Live trials from games or console bundles:

If you have an existing paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can’t redeem an Xbox Live Gold trial from games or console bundles to extend your subscription period. However, you can redeem the prepaid code once your current paid subscription expires.
Redeemable codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and console bundles.
You can’t stack redeemable codes for Xbox Live Gold trials from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription and start
that subscription at any time during the trial period.
