Redeeming Game Code For Xbox One on Xbox.com website

As in the subject. I thought I would do this now so its ready to download at a later date when the Xbox One will be setup for xmas. The code was accepted, but I can not see any reference to the redemption in the Download Queue link. Have I done this correctly,
will the download be viewable when I setup the Xbox One?

Try redeeming the code on the console, or try using Internet Explorer to redeem the code on Xbox.com. I've also had issues redeeming codes on the website when I don't use IE.

Can't redeem microsoft points

similar situation here in Czech republic, redeeming of code to my xbox 360 account via website xbox.com is broken :-(

When you set up your new console head to the store and find the item you redeemed the code for. There should be an option to Install. Just click it and you'll be good to go.

You can redeem it on your Xbox (Redeem code) section or on the xbox.com website; My Xbox > Redeem Code - Which is alot faster.

Hey there, can you give us more info on the code you tried to redeem? Was it for a game, DLC or a subscription? Are you able to redeem the code from the
Xbox website to the account?

And when it doesn't say you have any additional content? This is a legitimate problem with Xbox One support. Don't ever try to redeem codes for Xbox One content on a website that doesn't support the One, like xbox.com.
