    Redeeming Codes Wrongly


    I pre-ordered The Phantom Pain and when it arrived it came with 5 redeem codes for more content. I redeemed 4 which were the redeem codes for in-game item and left to the XP bonus redeem code for when MGO came out. The problem is at the time I was having
    internet issues so I had to redeem these codes on the official Xbox website. They verified and confirmed them but when I tried to redeem them when my internet came back on for my 360 they didn't work and the items weren't downloaded for the game either meaning
    that these codes will be completely wasted if I can't even download their content. Can anyone help me out here? The items aren't all that valuable but it would be a big shame to just up and waste them after being a pre-order bonus.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Sorry to hear it. You should still be able to download the items if they are not in your Active Download list. Just head to Settings>Accounts>Download History with the account you redeemed the codes on and restart the download.

    the account where the code was redeemed is my daughter's - she dosn't have an Xbox hance the problem- so i take it I would have to make her brother's the home xbox ( he is a different account) ?

    i am in no way tech savvy ( could have user tested on the basis that if i can do it anyone can), so apologies if i picked you up wrongly

    Your action was a violation of the Code of Conduct, as others have said, mute/report/block. If someone wrongly accuses you of something and reports you, Enforcement would review the case and ignore it.

    Xbox won’t accept my postal code I know it’s set to the right country and time zone so I don’t know what the problem is

    Yes I tried that It wouldn’t take the

    Postal code there I don’t know why because I know for a fact that it’s my postal code so I don’t know if There’s a specific way to put it in or what but When I put it in like normal it says postal code is wrongly formatted
