    Redeeming codes not working/ buying content in store


    I have 3 codes for the Xbox one I just bought and the store isn't taking anything. I've tried looking at Old Forum results, I've requested a call 15 minutes ago with a wait time of 1 minute comma and can't get anybody on the chat. Real dissapointing service,
    this is why i went to ps4. Can anyone get my redeem codes working or no?

    Hi!

    There were problems with buying digital content and redeeming codes. Now everything should be back working.

    Try that again Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

    Hi, there seems to be an issue with the store that is preventing redeeming code, and purchasing content. Microsoft will be aware and working on a fix.

    What is marketplace theft and how can you get banned from it?

    • Buying or redeeming game content or codes from illegitimate third-party websites
    • Claiming that successfully redeemed codes didn’t work to gain additional content or funds from Xbox Support
    • Abusing the Microsoft refund policy, or circumventing the refund policy by applying for “chargebacks” with your bank or financial institution
