Redeeming codes is not working

Guys, i've bought a game code and when i try to redeem it, the code shows up the game that i bought and everything seems alright, but when i press "next", it goes back to the empty code box and it is as if nothing ever happened. the game is not there for
me.

does anyone else have a code they are not using.

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

 

Happening to me too. I've talked to support, troubleshooted everything. Even tried on a different xbox, even a different code. Onto day 2 of trying to deal with this. Even asked if they would just credit me the game, or give me currency online to buy
the game since code redemption isn't working. Well only Microsoft can do this. But I was told to keep an eye on the status, well the status of "content usage, and store" is in the green and active. Very frustrated/angry as a gamer.

I tried removing my account, and readding

I tried clearing the cache

I tried unplugging the console from the wall until the orange light went off

I tried via the mobile app

I tried via the xbox/microsoft website code remption option...

All of it brings you back to the regular screen, or even account history/summary screen

Xbox support checked my account to see it's in good standing,
