    Does anyone know how to recover information like this? I redeemed my Palace Pack code for Watch Dogs on the website, now when I look in the additional content section in the game it says I have nothing. It's not an incident isolated to Watch Dogs either.
    I have heard the same thing for several other games. Regardless of what the game or content is, redeeming the content (NOT currency or subscription) code for Xbox One content on
    www.xbox.com sends your content to purgatory. Does anyone have any ideas, other than being S.O.L.?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    This same thing happened to me with AC4, totally fogot about that time and redeemed 2 codes for Watch Dogs earlier this morning, now I'm SOL because MS was no help with my AC4 issues.

    My Games & Apps > Games > [highlight] Watch Dogs > [press] Menu (button with three horizontal lines) > Manage Game

    Your DLC should be on a light-gray pane to the right of the Uninstall pane.

    How do I actually redeem the Palace Pack for Xbox One? Where do I go to redeem it? When i go on the game it asks for 25 characters and the code I have only has 23 characters.

    Once you try to redeem the code by entering the code, just before the option to redeem, it will show you what content is the code for. If you can see the content description, code is valid.

    No you cannot carry anything over. Enter the Uplay code via the Redeem Code (Guide Button, Scroll Left) and the Exclusive Content is redeemed via Downloadable Content option on Main Menu.

    I think you have to redeem the code in game. There should be an option on the main menu that says additional content and it lets you redeem the code there.

    It sounds like the code wasn't redeemed but instead content was purchased. Unfortunately, there are no refunds unless it was indeed an error when redeeming the code.

    Hi, you can redeem your code on any device on Microsoft's redeem code website, but the content will only work on the Xbox One, as that is what the code is for.
