    redeeming code was not with my xbox one s bundle


    Hi, I recently 26/10/2017 bought an xbox one s bundle with Halo 5 and the master chief collection.

    however the code i received was the 14 day redeeming code which does not allow me to download the halo package which i should have received the xbox.

    I would liek help as to wether there is a different manner in which to redeem the game. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

    I got the Gears of War 4 Xbox one s bundle over a month ago and still haven't gotten the gears of war collection codes after redeeming the gears of war 4 code can someone help?

    GoW collection missing after redeeming a copy of gears 4 on 11th Oct.

    I bought an xbox one s gears 4 bundle and after redeeming it on 11th Oct I am still yet to receive my codes for GoW collection and i've pretty much waited a month and still nothing. please help

    If the code is not in the box the console came in, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from for an exchange.

    Be sure to search the box thoroughly though. Sometimes these codes can get lodged under a flap.

    same thing here. I got my bundle on December 2nd 2017 from Wal-Mart and had no codes except for the 14 day pass. Were you able to return it?

    i bought the xbox one s with digital code of gow4 in bundle from a store in greece.i redeem the code and receive the 2 codes of 3 and judge but not gow2

    Hey there Adambecheur,

    Are you attempting to buy just the code off of somebody or you are purchasing the complete

    Xbox One Fortnite Battle Royale special edition bundle    ? If you are purchasing the bundle then you can redeem the code directly on the console through the Microsoft store.

    You are able to redeem the code through the Microsoft store on a computer as long as you are signed into the account that you play Fortnite on. Take a look at the following support article for help with redeeming prepaid codes.

    FIFA 17 - Game isn't in under "My games"

    Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

    I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

    I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

    But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

    Xbox live gold 14-day trail membership

    I just got my xbox one s with Battlefield 5 bundle. I also got a 14 day trail xbox live gold membership code along with the bundle. I used the code. It said my live gold is active. but i was still not able to play multiplayer on my Battlefield 5.
    then i checked if the live gold was really active or not and it wasn't activated for some reason. I tried the code again and it said code already used. what do i do to redeem my prepaid code?

    I just purchased an Xbox one s with a bundle package that had a 1 month free trial of Xbox game pass and mine is giving the same error message. It tells me that the code has expired and cannot be redeemed. My expiration date is also 6/30/19.
