    Redeeming code just freezes xbox and error appears when trying online


    Trying to redeem my 1 month xbox ultimate pass, when I get to the confirm page on Xbox one console it just freezes, all I can do is press xbox button and quite the microsoft store tab. When I try online it just comes up with an error page.

    Trying online comes up with this

    The web page at https://secure5.arcot.com/content-server/api/tds2/txn/browser/v1/creq might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    Thanks for the speedy responses

    So it turns out on the Brave browser didn't want to load the visa confirmation, however it worked on Firefox. So all sorted now, cheers Francia

    For future reference though it froze on this part of the confirmation when redeeming the code

    But I have now redeemed it anyway.
