    I Purchased Darkfire Bundle. Instructions said to redeem code on Microsoft website which I did. It didn’t work so I searched on Google how to redeem code. Then redeemed code on Xbox. Message said code was already redeemed. I want to use it on my

    Hi danipru,

    As long as the account you used on the Microsoft store is the same as your Xbox account, you should be able to see it in your purchase history.

    Have you logged into Fortnite on your Xbox since you redeemed this code t9 see if what you redeemed is available in game and added to your account?

    I also redeem my darkfire bundle on Microsoft.com/redeem on my mobile device. But when I click install on my devices it says i have none, but I put my Xboxs serial number in and it said device added. I'm really confused about this.
