Redeeming a voucher/new to xbox1

Hi, im new to the xbox one and have never had a 360 so please bare with me, I bought a brand new xboxone with fifa14.

I setup my online which all works fine but I redeemed the fifa14 starter pack voucher yet nothing showed up on fifa14 fut. Have I done something wrong?.

It's never a good idea to post codes on the forums. These are public so anyone can take them.

Redeeming voucher codes

trying to redeem voucher codes for the kids new x box they’ve been bought lots of games as voucher and want to play them. When following instructions it’s coming up with server issues what’s the problem I’m new to all this cheers.

 

I believe you can hit the "View" button on the controller when highlighting your game on the dashboard and it will show you what add-ons that you have for the game.

For instance, if you're playing FIFA, and hit the "Home" button to go back to the dashboard, when your cursor is still on the game, press the "View" button (to the left of the "Home" button on your controller, looks like two squares intersecting) and you
should see the game's installed add-ons.

There's also a page on Xbox's support that details another method for viewing your content, and also mentions how to download it again, if necessary.
