Redeeming a 72 Hours Gold Trial

Got this yesterday.

Decided to redeem it for my new gamertag called MostWanted2011.

Already received the code, entered it, comes up with the option to redeem code, I press it, the annoying infinitely circle rotates and nothing happens. Waited minutes, nothing. Waited an hour, nothing, still spinning. Pressed the guide button, the guide
froze, then after like 5 minutes, it closed.

Checked if I had Gold. Nope. Entered the code again - invalid. Great, just bought a code from my spare cash and the infuriatingly badly coded guide pretty much steals it from me.

I've been banned (GT: AssainGuy) by the enforcement team with no proof, evidence and logical explanation (other than "harassment") provided, making me lose at least $500 of digital content, I can't log in with MostWanted2011 because of the unfixable redirection
loop glitch you guys never fixed, and now I get my 3 days of gold stolen from me too.

All that in one day.

Used to be an incredibly loyal xbox customer. Bought digital content every two weeks. If I can't get my account back for no reason, at least let me use your service while I actually pay money for it.

So please, provide me with some help here, so I can at least gain the ability to use the product I've purchased.

Halo 5 gold trial didnt work

i bought halo5 last night and today i redeemed the code for the 14 day trial after redeeming it. Hours after redeeming i still havent received it and when i try to do it again its alreadyy been redeemed i would really like to receive the 14 day trial i redeemede.
And no i did not have a gold membership.

 

Xbox live trial for 72 hours

if you recieved this as an email, the description at the end provides a more accurate starting time (eg in my Region ist 1pm)

 

Update: clearing cache, redownloading profile, trying it on another console did not work.

The code became void, the content hasn't been redeemed.

Calling the support is not an option for me, as I live in central europe, and it'd cost me like ten triple A games worth of money to talk to the UK support for 3 minutes. I'm don't expect the Hungarian support to have such experience.

 

Update 2: The site worked, so it was broke only on the console.

Something like this shouldn't happen in the first place, though.

Still, if someone from the support team is actually reading this, any tips on getting my account unbanned? I mean a permanent ban for harassment without evidence? That's way beyond the line.

I don't mind a permanent mute, honestly. I just want the games I've purchased back, because I consider that stealing.

 

The enforcement team don't ban someone without evidence.They are under no obligation to show it to you though.

It clearly states in the terms & conditions that you agreed to when you started your account that you will lose all remaining live sub,dlc etc. if your account is banned so it's not stealing.

You will not get your account unbanned.

You can try posting in the ban/suspension forums here
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx but you wont get any of your content back.

Nope first you don't get gold for 2 day trials

You only get temporary multilayer options no party chat or.games for.gold.

You don't pay for 2 day trials

 

Why did they move this mod?
