Redeeming 9-Character codes? (Halo Reach)

I know that these codes are no longer accepted anymore, but is their anyway someone from Xbox/Microsoft can redeem the content and transfer it my account? I got a special edition of Halo Reach (Complete/Unopened) and it came with 2 codes for customization
options in-game and for your Xbox avatar.

Hi Budder,

In this case if Xbox support and the developers are unable to assist you. You would either need to try redeem them on an Xbox 360 or just go without the content. As This is an older game, like others things like this will no longer be available now. Only
other thing I can suggest is to reach out to Xbox support again and explain the situation. Maybe you will get someone a little more knowledgeable.

Support didn't really help. It felt like they didn't know what they were dealing with older more out dated issue.

Hello BudderBot,

Thanks for keeping us updated. Xbox customer support can only help you with 25 digit codes, as those are the codes that work for Xbox. Any codes with a different length, from my understanding, have extra steps that usually involve the developer.

For example, a 16 digit code may require you to redeem it on the developer website where they then give you a 25 digit Xbox code to redeem. Im not sure if the old codes for Halo reach are still supported but you can still try with

the developers.
