    Redeemed Xbox One reservation code, but it never downloaded/showed up.


    I had reserved for Xbox One back in late September (Christmas Present for my little cousin.) I entered in the redeem code for the reservation achievement thing, however it never has shown in my Xbox Achievements list, do I need to redeem that 14 day code
    with it or no?

    Never bothered to ask before, I was just reminded of it yesterday and I finally got around to posting a forum question about it.

    i just put a 10 dollar code on my xbox live account and right after i went to buy a game with said code. it said i never downloaded this code, didnt show up anywhere. so i tried and seed if i did it correctly, the code was already redeemed. i know i was
    the one that redeemed it, however it never showed up anywhere. i feel like i was just robbed of a gumball and had my money stolen from me.

    Cant download minecraft windows 10 on my xbox one

    Hellpppppp!!! So recently i redeemed a windows 10 code on my email and after i redeemed it, it said it would download on my xbox one once it was connected to the internet. Today, I opened my xbox, went on my xbox live account and looked at games able to
    be downloaded, and it showed nothing was able to be downloaded. I tried everything i could to fix the problem, but it still isnt downloading.

    what code is it named? if its day one or something, it will show up in your xbox one achievement, or your xbox one smartglass.

    some code does not have anything to download...

    and....14 day code for gold member won't work for gamertag who's already a gold member

    Hello Emperor,

    For some Xbox 360 codes, when redeemed on Xbox One, the game can only be downloaded on Xbox One and not on an Xbox 360 console. I'm not entirely sure why, but redeeming on the Xbox One means that it does not show up in your Xbox 360 download history so the
    older console does not recognise that you own, and can thus download, the game.

    You'll still be able to download and play the game on Xbox One.

    I hope this clarifies things.
