Redeemed Xbox Live Points for GC and email was sent to invalid email address

On 1/19/18, I redeemed 10,000 points for a $10 microsoft gift card. The email address associated with my gamertag is invalid, but there is no other option to send the redemption code to a different email address. I've had chats and called Xbox Support
without any help sending the code to the valid email address. How can I get my gift card? The order # is: Order No.7ec4b498-648a-4ec6-8f7e-7200f15c549a

Account email and password allegedly don't match

I'm trying to sign in to XBox Live, I just redeemed a card for three months of gold, but I keep getting this message stating that my account email address and my password are invalid. I know my email address is right, I've used it to verify my password change
three times now. I'm using the right password, I know I am, but it keeps telling me it's invalid.

I've read in other threads today that Live is having some connection issues, is this due to that or what? What am I doing wrong?

Rewards sent to email that i dont have access too.

i have 10,900 rewards point so I redeemed 9,600 point for 3months xbox live gold. I havent had access to the email the redeem code was sent too in about 10 years. So i was wondering if there is anyway you can send the redeem code to the email i just made
my primary?

After redeeming your points from Bing Rewards, an email should be sent to the email address you have registered with Bing containing a code and instructions on how to receive the Microsoft Points.

These points would have been sent via email in the form of a redeemable token. Can you check your Windows LIVE ID email as well as your Contact email address (if set) for this email? Be sure to check any spam or
junk folders, too!

Codes associated with the Halo 4 Specialization Email Program have been distributed as follows:

• Codes were sent to eligible players via the email address associated with their Xbox LIVE account.

• Codes were sent to eligible players with invalid email addresses via the Xbox LIVE Message Center.

• Eligible players who did not redeem their code were sent reminder messages via the Xbox LIVE Message Center.
