Redeemed xbox live code, still cant play online

i've used a 14 day trial code that came with my xbox one. It says that i have xbox live gold at memberships, but whenever i try to play something online it states that i dont have the right permission to play online.

XBL Gold 14-Day Trial does'nt work

I redeemed a 14-Day Trial Code but I still cant play online and it tells me to buy Gold to play online

Xbox live

I redeemed a 3 month Xbox live code in January, but I can’t play online anymore. I looked at my account and it still says I have the Xbox live membership but I still can’t play online

It does but some games will still require you to have a gold membership I believe. If after redeeming the code you're having trouble playing online then do the xbox live connection test on the console to refresh your profile and then try online play.

but i get xbox live gold with redeem code, i redeem it on xbox it succesfully redeem but now its tell me to buy another and i cant play,speak with my friends and more plz answer me

I have the same problem... Was just in contact with support.. I am a little worried, now that I see people have had this problem for a week.

And the saga continues, still cant redeem the codes, still cannot get on xbox live and play...

I cant redeem an online code i bought in amazon, it's anoying i try to subscribe my credit card and try to redeem the code again it didnt work, without xbox live my xbox one is just a huge black brick, i need help, it keeps telling me to try later but theres
