    I got a problem i recently bought an Xbox Gold live code from gamestop. I redeemed the code, i wanted to play Gears 5 once i went into the online, it redirects me to xbox live memberships. I checked my subscriptions and xbox live doesnt even appear on
    my subscriptions. Could someone help me? Ive tried full shutting the xbox down, ive deleted my profile and redownloaded everything, ive restarted it, ive tried putting the code once again and it says its been redeemed. Im not sire what to do, ive tried contacting
    xbox microsoft but i cant reach anyone.

    Purchasing through console works as well as redeeming codes using Redeem Code in Xbox Live menu on Xbox web-site.

    You have to redeem the code through the game, so go into the xbox live area and select redeem code and it should work.

    Here is the issue

    Xbox regions are not continents but countries

    So british codes will not work in france nor will us codes work in canada

    Hes goimg to have to post himself the issue since we need the error code
