    Xbox live gold on site but not my xbox

    Sorry to hear it. Your account is showing as having a Gold membership here. If it is not allowing you to use the Multiplayer features on the console please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug it and
    let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps.

    It shows in my account I'm gold but my console is not updating

    I have checked connection and network checked for updates and nothing is working

    What exactly do you mean by your console is not updating?

    Sometimes it takes a little while to sync up. However, you may need to contact support if your account issue continues. http://support.xbox.com/ If you live in the US or Canada you can call 800-469-9269

    I am having a similar issue. I redeemed a prepaid 12 month code and it took, but said that it was for xbox 360 and that when the backwards compatibility was available it would show up on my ready to install area. I also received a confirmation email, but
    the xbox one is not showing that I'm on xbox live. I will try to unplug the system because I have not tried that yet.

    Make sure your account regiom matches the prepaid code also your billing info must match

    Changing regioms to regioms you donr live in or buying out of regiom codes wont work

    Codes are region locked to rhe ones rhey are purchased in
