Redeemed Xbox credit on wrong gamertag!! HELP

hi guys I'm really hoping someone can me here.

I accidentally redeemed £30 worth of Xbox credit on my partners Gamtertag. i was on my home screen but she was logged in and for some reason I redeemed it against her gamertag. What do I do? Apparently there is no way of transferring them to me. It was a
mistake and the problem I have is she doesn't use her account really it's just on there if we have the odd game of monopoly lol..

I I wanted to use the funds on in game purchases on my gamertag. Fifa 15

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us & they may transfer the money over.

 

I thought that if you were to make purchases on any account then all players/accounts on that xbox one would be able to use them? If so, just make any purchases you want from her account and you should still be ok.

 

Your right ploppy however I think that only works for games, if he is using it for fifa points he needs to buy them using his account to use them unfortunately,
