    You would need to try contacting support. They should be able to cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time that you can redeem on the correct account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Also, If your on Xbox One. Just sign into the account the code was redeemed on and make sure that the console is set to your home Xbox. Then you can share the subscription with all the profiles signed into your console.

    Your XBL Gold Membership has been cancelled, not that you don't have an XBL Account. The only way you can overcome this is by purchasing a Gold Membership. If you have one contact Xbox Support.
