Redeemed trial code successfully, can't access live

hey, I'm trying to connect to xbox live. i previously had a 14 day trial, which expired, and i just entered the code for an additional trial, good for two days. i entered the code successfully, but i can't access any live features...i the ntried entering
the code xbox.com, but i got an error message saying the code had already been redeemed. double checked my connectivity already, the network isn't the issue.

anyone got any advice?

Create an additional profile on your xbox, skip the gold membership page and redeem your extra trial code on that profile, then sign that profile out and sign back in as your main profile.
You'll then have access to your 2nd trial :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Xbox Live 14 Day Trial

I redeemed a 14 day xbox live trial code under my account. How do I authorize a minor with his own sign in on the same console access to xbox live?

Hi masad2,

If you're getting an invalid code message when trying to redeem this 14 day trial it could very well mean that you're in a region where this trial cannot be used. You need to be in a region where Xbox LIVE is officially available (along with your account region
being in the same region) in order to successfully be able to redeem this code.

So, if you're in a country where Xbox LIVE is not officially supported, you would not be able to actually redeem this code. The code itself is not actually invalid, it's just that the country/region your account is set to or you're living in is not allowing
the code to be redeemed.

Finally made it to my trial expiration date and I was able to successfully redeem my 12 month XLG code.

today i redeemed a free 48 hour xbox live gold trial code successfully but when i try to play on xbox live it says: you are not currently signed into xbox live or you do not currently have the correct functionality. please help i've never had this problem
before.

Hi! You can redeem your 25 digits Xbox Live codes after signing in here: https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter

Keep in mind that you can't redeem trial codes (for 48hours or 14days of Xbox Live Gold) if you currently have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

No you can't redeem the 1 month trial after purchasing GamePass. Also, if you redeem the trial code prior to purchasing GamePass and you purchase GamePass it will replace the trial and you will lose what days are left on the trial.
