Redeemed the codes "Xbox Live" messaged me, under the wrong account.

Here is a chat room conversation I had with Xbox Support. She told me to come here as there is nothing I could do.

So anyone who wants to help can make themselves familiar with my issue with this convo log.

Pretty much tho, the redeem page logged me in under the wrong account without me realizing it and now I can't use the codes for my actual account.

Unfortunately, once the code is redeemed there is no way for us to transfer these items to a different account. This is already fixed and unmovable.

Why did Microsfot website kinda screw me? I was logged into my Basilgarrad account on Xbox.com. But when I go to xbox.com/redeemcode it changes my accounts, and I can't change sign in as someone else because the page crashes.

It could have been that you were automatically signed in to the other account with you noticing.

Again, I signed in to the correct account on xbox.com, but when I go to the redeem code page, it auto switches it to another account without any warning. And I can't seem to sign in on the redeem code page with my correct account. Because if I sign out
and sign back in it puts me on another page, but if I try the sign in using another account, the page crashes.

That could have happened because the other account was signed in to a Microsoft account.

I got a code a few days later in Xbox Live message an redeemed it on Xbox website now I gotta wait till its bc, no more 360.

 

Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).
