    A few days ago I purchased a code for the Black Dog Pack on Amazon as I play Sea of Thieves on Game Pass and was unable to get it through pre-order. However when I redeemed it, it is not appearing in my Downloads or the Ready to Install section. When redeeming
    the code I confirmed that it was the DLC and it looked like it went through as per usual but I'm unable to find it anywhere and attempting to input the code again confirmed that it had been used. Does anybody know why this is? or have any idea how I can get
    it? I have another code for the Ferryman set but I didn't want to use it yet on the chance it won't show up either. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious here or posting in the incorrect manner, as I don't post on forums often looking for support. All of the other issues related to this one I could find were involving pre-orders who didn't get a code so I'm unsure
    of anyone else with the same issue.

    i have a question for the Black Dog Pack from the game Sea Of Thieves!

    i became a message from Xbox Live and there stay:

    "Thanks for pre-ordering Sea Of Thieves! Redeem the code below to get the Black Dog Pack. Happy Sailing!"

    and i became a code for this pack i redeemed the code

    but I have the problem that the items from the Black Dog Pack in the game are not

    available and I have not downloaded the pack and I can not find anywhere

    where it is like I did not get the pack but I have this in the payment

    history of this pack bought and also confirmed that I own it. The problem is that I do not have this pack in play. Can you help me?

    I ordered Sea of Thieves through Amazon and received a promo code for the Black Dog Pack. I redeemed it on my computer in the Microsoft Store, but can't find anything on my Xbox One. How do I get the Black Dog Pack to show up in the game?

    Yes i checked all this before submitting this post, the hook simply disappeared from the box and the pistol hasn't appeared weeks after watching the stream. Both (Sea of Thieves: Black Dog Pack and the Founder Pack) have been redeemed.
