Redeemed redemption code for name your game and has been more than 24 hours and still have not received the 25 character code.

Name your game- no email received

I did not receive an email for my forza redemption code when I entered my name your game 16 digit code that came from the name your game 500 Gb xbox bundle. I entered the code around the 24th or 25th of December and it said i would get an email within 24
hours, however it never sent the email. The game code says it has expired on the card, and i never received the game code.

 

not being able to redeem 1 of 4 games (Forza motosport 6, Rise of the tomb raider, Gears of war and Rare Replay)

I did not get an email when it says "Enter redemption code at name your game" and your email "Your code should arrive within 24 hours and its been just under 48

I have already done that an still have not received my 25 character code via email!!Why i am having such a problem having you guys send me my character code?How hard is it for you guys to just send me my code its paid for?I shouldn't have to be going through
all this just send me my code please!!

 

It's now going on almost 48hrs an still no code!!I waited over 2hrs to chat with someone an still didn't get me anywhere told me to post here an my question is still not answered!!Why can you guys just email me my character code?

 

That offer us run by a third party company, not Microsoft, which is why you have to fill out that form for assistance. It can take 3 business days to receive a response from them after filling out that form.
