    Redeemed pre-paid code, now cannot buy anything


    I redeemed a pre-paid code and when I try to purchase something it says "Buy this tomorrow - You have reached the limit of how much you can spend in the Xbox Store today". I have never purchased anything before on the xbox one store. I am trying to give
    MIcrosoft my money but they don't want it!

    Cannot redeem codes

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh Redeemed pre-paid code, now cannot buy anything :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    actually Wednesday are big!

    I've had this same issue lately. I contacted support and they have tried all sorts of things and haven been completely unable to fix it for me. My account info is up to date, I have the money in my account, but i'm unable to purchase anything.
