Redeemed on Wrong account

I got a code gifted to me on my main Xbox account, and used my computer to redeem it. I use a separate account for my computer, and it automatically put it into the computer one. Would it be possible to remove it from the account it's on and redeem it on the correct account?

I apologize but if this is a code that was redeemed there is no option to undo the action.

Codes are one time use only. So if you already redeemed it on an account, even if it's the wrong account, there's no way to redeem it on another account.

If you've redeemed the code on the wrong account you will need to contact Customer Support to see if they can cancel it on the wrong account and issue you a code to redeem on the correct account.
