I bought Foza horizon 3 ultimate edition on amazon they sent me the code i entered it worked ! but i redeemed it on the wrong account supposed to redeem it on TDNeutron in instead redeemed it on sidewardgem1 is there a chance it can be swapped to my to
other account (TDNeutron would be great.

forza horizon 1 was delisted a long time ago now, to my knowledge 360 games that are delisted redeem codes will not work, now delisted xbox one games work with redeemable codes.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Forza Horizon 5 game.

You will need to locate the Microsoft account where you have redeemed your 25 character codes for the Forza Horizon 5 game gift card by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you redeemed your codes.

If you're unable to find the redeemed codes, check your other Xbox email accounts' order history.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the codes were accidentally redeemed to one of their accounts.

If you have found the Forza Horizon 5 redeemed codes transaction, use the same Microsoft Xbox account to login to the Xbox app or Microsoft Store, then check if you will be able to install the game again for free.
