Redeemed my code but live still doesn't work

But it still doesn't work. It appears the game my activation code should unlock IS available on Xbox Live, but it still doesn't work. I'm disappointed and bored of re-entering the same codes in the "redeem a code" section over and over again while can't
download the game I paid for and can't contact Xbox support over the phone.

I live in France. I was living in France when I bought the Xbox, though I made my Microsoft account in America. I migrated my account and it still isn't working. I tried redeeming my code on the computer again and it still says it's redeeming the code
for the US.

so what if my xbox code im trying to redeem doesn't redeem, and lets say i try to redeem it before and after the expiration date. and it still doesn't work, then what do i do? do i get the 1 month xbox ultimate for free? this is happening to my friends and mine account. we are trying to redeem the codes, we put the code into the redemption thing. and when we hit "submit" nothing happens.
