Redeemed minecraft coin code on wrong account

Hi

Im new to xbox and had no idea how to redeem codes. Recently bought xbox for my son. I logged into my microsoft account and redeemed code there. I know now that all i needed to do was log into my sons profile on his xbox and go to the store and enter
codes there. Is there anyway i can get the 1000 minecraft coins on my Microsoft account to my sons??

Thanks for your post! Once a pre-paid code is redeemed, there is no way to refund, retract, or transfer it's redemption. Unfortunately there would be no way to move those 1000 Minectaft coins to another account.

good luck I made this error and they said no dice... so I have an account with 3500 coins. it's a shame and waste, good customer service is to try to find a way to say yes, and maybe they tried but I highly doubt it.

You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but otherwise there is no way to transfer it to another account. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
