Redeemed Minecraft Bedrock Edition in the wrong email

A long time ago I redeemed the free Minecraft Bedrock Edition because I bought Java some years before, the thing is when I redeemed it for some reason it went to my brother's microsoft account instead of mine, yes I was logged in both accounts but my brother's was the secondary one so I don't know why that happened.
I've contacted the minecraft support and they sent me to microsoft support, and I don't saw any way of contacting regarding this issue, instead I found a question asked by someone that had the same issue and the answer was to contact the minecraft support if it's an redeemed code, I don't know who to contact or how and I would really like this issue solved.

Once you redeem the code on an account, you cannot transfer it to another account. However, if you would like to get in touch with our live agents, You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

While redeeming a code, the page/screen will show you on what Microsoft account the code is being redeemed to. You most likely missed that, and unfortunately redeemed the code to the incorrect account, and those are untransferable to another account. You'd most likely have to purchase the game on the correct account

Did you redeem the Minecraft Earth skin on the Ps4 Edition or o the Bedrock version?

Thanks alot Ben and im doing well but i meant if i want to get a minecraft java redeem code will i get minecraft bedrock also cuz Im thinking about buying minecraft java redeem code and because minecraft did the java & bedrock edition together that means that i will get minecraft bedrock too

Based on your screenshot, that's the Minecraft Bedrock version for Xbox, right?

Only the Minecraft for Windows (the Bedrock version for PC) is eligible for the offer.

Unfortunately you will not be able to redeem Java Edition. I'm sorry about that.
