    Redeemed Minecoins not appearing on Xbox.


    I purchased (2) 3,500 Minecoin cards from Walmart and redeemed both of them on my child's Xbox after we got home. Only (1) of them (3,500 coins) shows up in his Minecraft game.

    I've also logged into his Microsoft/Xbox account via my computer (the following day) and re-entered the codes from my receipt... both codes show they've been redeemed. Why don't the 2nd 3500 coins show up in his account? There should be an additional 7,000
    coins in his account.

    Are you able to play Minecraft with the disc you own? Is it currently in your Xbox as you purchased the Minecoins? If you can play the game, the minecoins should be in there.
