Redeemed minecoins code not showing on linked Ps4 account

A child account can't leave a Microsoft family until he becomes an adult, he needs to have access to the family organizer account

What’s the point in linking a Microsoft account to a PS4 account when you can’t use the coins purchased?

Not your fault - but it should me made clearer on the T&C’s when purchasing the bundle of coins that they don’t work on PS4.

Can these be used on a switch? But given I’ve already linked my Microsoft account to my PS4, am I able to unlink it and link it to the switch instead?

That was a waste of my kids £8.49. They’ll never get used.

If the code is for Microsoft you may need to sync it first by launching the game on the platform where you redeemed the code but if it’s not possible you may need to reach out to Mojang.

Thanks. It was years ago he was first set up with the Microsoft account so can’t remember how we did it. I thought it must have been me but now I’m wondering if my wife set it up as the parent account holder instead of me.

I guess if she creates a family group and sets herself up as a family organiser, and then invites him - he might already show up as being a member?

But I can’t understand what family he’s linked to already. No where in his profile does it even tell him what family account he’s supposedly linked to. I have also tried inviting him as an organiser (instead of a member) but have the same issues.

I should have just put his DOB as over 18 when I first set him up a couple of years ago.

He’ll be an adult in 6 years by the time I figure all this out!

This whole things impossible.
