Redeemed Live Gold but can't use

Discus and support Redeemed Live Gold but can't use in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just recently got an XBone and it came with a 14 day trial for Live Gold.     Redeemed Live Gold but can't use


    I just recently got an XBone and it came with a 14 day trial for Live Gold.

    I redeemed the code, and it all went through but I can't play online or make a party.

    Each time I try to open a game, I am prompted to renew my membership (although it expires in 2 weeks)

    Any ideas?

    My games won't recognize my xbox live gold

    I just redeemed a code for a whole year of xbox live gold. My xbox one says I have the membership but when I load up a game, I can't use any features that require xbox live gold. Can anybody help me with this issue?

    I'm XL Gold, but it says Silver.

    I redeemed an Xbox LIVE Gold code, and it worked. Now i can play online but it still says that I'm silver, and I can't use XL Gold servicies...

    What should I do?

    (I'm from Italy, if this could help.)

    Trial codes do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. They won't work with all games or all game modes.

    I mean, I'm getting the Games With Gold service and it's working fine.

    your subscription, you won't be eligible for Games with Gold. If you used a prepaid code to sign up for Xbox Live Gold, make sure it was successfully redeemed.

    If you live in one of the countries or regions listed above under "Offer and eligibility" and still can't access Games with Gold, contact Xbox Support.

    did you redeem the code on your account? if so, you can't transfer it anymore. but if you also log in to your xbox and use it as your home console, he can use xbox live gold. this is the family sharing of microsoft.
